One of our favorite memories is sharing a cup of coffee in a crumbling mountain shelter shortly after dawn. This is where it all began—when Agata was desperately trying to perfect her moka pot brew and Jojo couldn't understand what all the fuss was about. Coffee became the heart of countless conversations, eventually inspiring us to open this roastery.

We roast because we love the science, the ritual, the endless depth of coffee. And we are on a mission of making the world of coffee more sustainable while still keeping the premium quality.
